By using TempMail at tempymailbox.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

TempMail provides disposable email inboxes. Messages auto-delete after 7 days and unclaimed mailboxes after 15 days. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Fair use

You agree not to use TempMail to:

• break any law or violate the rights of others;
• send spam, phishing or malware (the service is receive-only by design);
• harass, defraud or impersonate others;
• circumvent rate limits or probe the service for vulnerabilities;
• register accounts or receive content in ways that violate a third party's terms where that causes them harm.

We may block addresses, mailboxes or IPs that abuse the service.

Accounts & subscriptions

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Claimed mailboxes remain yours while your Pro subscription is active.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Temporary inboxes are public by nature unless claimed — do not use them for sensitive communication. We are not liable for lost messages, deleted mailboxes or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
